Division 01 — Advertising
Google advertising, engineered for commercial outcomes.
We approach advertising from a business-growth perspective rather than simply buying traffic: account architecture, measurement quality and conversion economics come before budget scale.
Advertising → Data → Conversion → Optimization → Growth
The performance loop.
Every campaign decision is connected to a measurement decision. Without reliable data, optimization becomes opinion.

Reporting is configured to each engagement’s own data sources and KPIs.

Measurement & Optimization
Advertising engagements may include both an agreed service or management fee and a media budget allocated for campaign execution. Where Soft Bridge Global manages media deployment, the media budget is used for the applicable advertising campaigns, while Soft Bridge Global earns the separately agreed service or management fee. The media budget is not Soft Bridge Global revenue.
Indicative advertising engagement sizes — covering the combined campaign and media scope, not Soft Bridge Global fees — range from approximately AED 500 to AED 100,000 depending on campaign scope and media requirements. In engagements where this structure applies, Soft Bridge Global currently charges an approximate 2% management/service fee on the applicable advertising budget. This is a Soft Bridge Global service fee, not a platform or Google charge. It does not apply universally: commercial terms vary according to engagement scope and are set out in each engagement agreement.
Engagement model
How advertising engagements run.
Discover
Understand the business, unit economics, audience and existing infrastructure.
Architect
Design the growth, media, advertising or technology strategy around real constraints.
Execute
Deploy campaigns, systems and operational improvements with clear ownership.
Optimize
Use performance data to continuously improve outcomes and reallocate investment.
We do not guarantee advertising results, platform approval or account outcomes. Performance depends on market conditions, product economics, competitive dynamics and platform policy, all of which we manage transparently and report honestly. Soft Bridge Global is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Google or YouTube.
